Hi there. So here's a science fiction idea for a book or screenplay. 

A very smart biologist figures out a way to adjust his own biology so that he can develop a full female reproductive system inside of himself. He then utilizes his own sperm to create a clone of himself, which grows inside of him. During this time he is both a man, and a woman, since the hormones that are being produced (estrogen, progesterone etc.) feminize him. He starts to think like a woman as well, and recognizes all the harm that man is doing to the world. Before the child is at full-term (about 6 weeks in), he realizes that what he has created is the ultimate in ego validation (creating a perfect clone of himself), and that this child will lead to the destruction of humanity if he lets it live. Without having to physically kill it, he starts to undo the biologic manipulation that made him become a woman in the first place, hoping that he will have a miscarriage. But the pregnancy doesn’t stop, and the child continues to grow inside of him, even without any external hormones. His body is now essentially a woman’s body, and he can't reverse the process without introducing a ton of testosterone into himself, which might eventually kill him. 

Utterly conflicted, he starts to realize how important and precious life is. He realizes that life tries to survive, even under the most bizarre and confusing of situations. He begins to see that what started out as a distorted experiment aimed at validating his ego and making him feel like god, has actually humbled him before the beauty of life. The biologist no longer identifies as a woman or a man, but rather as a living creature, and his love for all life grows exponentially. The biologist continues to grow the child to term, but when the child is born, it is not clear whether it is a girl or a boy. In essence, it is sexually indeterminate. 

While it does have a Y chromosome, it does not have reproductive organs that we immediately recognize as male or female. Rather, depending on how the child feels, it can grow or retract its organs, adjust its hormone levels, and modulate its secondary sexual characteristics and overall bone formation  to resemble either a male or female’s form over time. The child is essentially a living creature...neither a woman, nor a man, and is capable of transforming both its physical structure and its sex depending on its environment. This child, while technically a genetic clone of the biologist, no longer behaves like the biologist, and is extraordinarily insightful, an extraordinarily fast learner, and possesses powers and abilities that seem supernatural. 

The living being is the closest thing to what humans on earth consider "god", and this being helps the human race to understand that it is killing itself through its actions. The being helps all humans recognize that they are all life forms, and so is everything on earth. That we don't need to fight and kill each other, because we are only hurting ourselves. This being can communicate telepathically with humans, and is able to manipulate the space around itself so that it virtually can't be harmed. If the being is harmed, it is capable of healing extraordinarily rapidly. This being essentially possesses all of the abilities and powers of all living beings, and can transform over time to utilize whatever ability it needs at the time, to help instruct other living creatures. 

Eventually, the being helps humans to understand that they don't need to have fear any longer, and the humans collectively help the entire world to thrive. Humans begin helping spiders, and bugs, and whales and fish. Collectively the entire world's suffering ends, and there is no more fear on earth. At this point, the entire world is basked is pure love and energy, and the earth begins to glow. An emergent moment happens, just like how a brain creates a mind, and a ball of pure light, love, and energy emerges from all the life on earth, and becomes infinite, divine, and pure. Everything within this light experiences the greatest joy and bliss that our minds can't even comprehend, and it essentially goes on forever. As this light extends, it begins to spread across the universe, but not following the laws of physics as we currently understand them. Instead it creates its own space-time, which is an altogether new fabric that we know little about. This light/love/energy envelops the entire known universe. In the end there is only pure love/energy/light basking all of the universe, and it is pure bliss and harmony forever.
